The first joys of parenthood are often replaced by the stresses of exhaustion and uncertainty. This can be especially overwhelming for single parents or where one parent is responsible for most of the child care. You don't need to travel this road alone.

It is possible for you to resolve a painful family conflict. How can this be done? By developing the awareness and courage to articulate difficult feelings and needs and learning skillful means to speak this truth and listen to the truth of those you love.
